Privacy Policy
Effective 31 August 2026
This policy explains how Blue Principle, created by Ravi Gaurav, handles information when you use the website and learning services.
Information we process
Blue Principle may process questions you submit, basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service, and files you intentionally upload to a private workspace. We do not ask for ServiceNow passwords, API keys, customer records or other confidential production data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide answers, prevent misuse, enforce fair-use limits, maintain reliability and improve reviewed learning content. Questions that need expert review may be placed in a protected review queue.
Storage and protection
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect stored information. Private workspace content is separated by account. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should never submit secrets or regulated information.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Limited service providers may process data only as needed to operate hosting, storage, security or communication services and remain subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for the period reasonably needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations and dispute prevention. Deletion or access requests can be submitted through the official contact channel once account controls are enabled.
Children and international use
Blue Principle is intended for professional and adult learners. Users accessing the service from another country are responsible for complying with local requirements.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as features change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
For privacy questions, use the official contact details published by Blue Principle. This policy does not replace rights granted under applicable law.
