By using Blue Principle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational purpose

Blue Principle provides learning guidance, examples and draft technical patterns. Answers are not a substitute for instance-specific architecture, security, legal or production approval. Verify release behavior, scope, table and field names, ACLs and organizational standards before implementation.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful personal learning and authorized professional work. You remain responsible for every change made in a ServiceNow instance or connected system.

Prohibited use

You must not attempt to bypass security, interfere with availability, extract protected content in bulk, reproduce restricted learning material, submit content you do not have permission to use, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.

Intellectual property

The Blue Principle name, website design, original explanations, scenarios, books, training material and other original content are owned by Ravi Gaurav unless expressly stated otherwise. No content may be copied, republished, sold, redistributed, scraped or used to train another commercial system without prior written permission.

User submissions

You retain responsibility for questions and material you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant the limited permission required to process it for service delivery and security.

Availability and changes

Free early access may be limited, changed or suspended to protect service quality. Planned pricing is not an offer for sale until checkout and final commercial terms are activated.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-available basis. While accuracy and safe patterns are actively reviewed, uninterrupted availability or error-free output cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ravi Gaurav and Blue Principle are not responsible for losses caused by unverified implementation, misuse, unauthorized access or reliance on an answer without appropriate testing and approval.

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, provide identification of the work, the disputed material, your contact information and a good-faith statement through the official Blue Principle contact channel.
